Bloody life savers, 3 tyres later and back on the road.
Wow! These guys are simply amazing! I got a flat tyre on my motorhome 40 minutes out of town, well, the tyre actually went BANG! A quick Google search found Donaldson Industries and one simple phone call eased my mind. Phil was there in a flash, changed my tyre and even brought some ice cold bottles of water for me! The next day I took my motorhome there for a service and some new tyres and the friendly team went above and beyond! I was well looked after from Phil who changed my tyre to Kristy in the office and the boys on the floor! What a great team you have at Donaldson Industries, you should be very proud! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Thanks again guys. YOU ROCK!!!
Not happy with this service. We were told our puncture was fixed and then the tyre was down 20km out the road after we left. Rang them and asked if they could help out again and was told that they were too busy and then they hung up. Poor service all round.
Went here for a tyre puncture to be fixed and was told that it was good to go. Got 20kms out the road heading to Forbes and the tyre was flat again. Dont recommend this business at all. Save your money and go elsewhere.
