Terrible experience. We arrived five minutes late as new patients as we couldnt find the place and are new . Doctor refused to see us as it would have made him late . Despite the fact he was informed we needed to see him he refused. Terrible overall and well below what is expected of health professionals. Thorough waste of time will never return to this practice. Proceed at your peril.
Arrived in West Wyalong whilst travelling in caravan. Was very sick and staff managed to squeeze me in to see Dr. Velautham. What a treasure he is. Would move here to have him as my doctor. He listened to me and helped me greatly. I am very grateful to be able to have seen him.
After driving between Adelaide and The Whitsundays , I be came quite unwell. I can't thank Dr Velautham for looking after me. A lovely man, not been long In Australia . We are very fortunate to have him in our Country. Thank you Dr you are a STAR!Kindest regards Sandra Hudson. from Airlie Beach
